What was
once the western United States is now home to the Republic, a nation

motives may not be as malicious as they seem.
From very different worlds, June and Day have no reason to cross paths - until the day June's brother, Metias, is murdered and Day becomes the prime suspect. Caught in the ultimate game of cat and mouse, Day is in a race for his family's survival, while June seeks to avenge Metias's death. Personal Experience with This Book
I read this book so fast that I finished
even before a book I have started before this one. I was so happy when I got
the book that I started reading it and I could not put it down afterwards.
Legend is full of intrigue. You first don’t
really understand what is going on but afterwards you catch up. This is a bit
upsetting but as a reader didn’t actually make me mad at the book or anything. The
author needed us to understand first the way things work out in this dystopian
world, which is actually one of my favorites until now. I haven’t read many dystopias
though.
I loved the two main characters. They are
just so awesome!!!! I loved them! I thin June is one of my favorite female
characters ever! She is just so cool. I have no words to define her. And Day,
he is just Day… there is no way you would not fall in love with him.
As for the plot, well I am rating it at
4.5, right? I did enjoy it. I could not put the book down while reading it. I
wanted to know more and more about what was next. Sometimes I could figure out
that, and that is the reason why I rated it as 4.5 and not 5 but still, It was
just so good I have to rate it above 4.
I am going keep the series for sure and
I am going to keep reading Marie Lu’s next books. I will!
